Do your accept returns?
When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
In your return package please include:
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.

There are no returns on mouth calls…please call if you have any questions about mouthcalls before you order.
Will my order arrive well packaged?
Yes! Your package will be very well packaged and will be sent with all the necessary care 😉
How do you charge for shipping?
All items are shipped from using 2 basic rates ($7.90 for everything but our mouth calls which are $1.00) Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment through PayPal which allows you to pay with a credit card or your PayPal account. We also offer payment through Square.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please call as soon as possible ( 901-652-6499) and leave a message. We will do our best to accommodate you.
The item I want is out of stock – when will it be in?
Our stock is updated daily. Please check back frequently for updates on items listed as out of stock or call me and I will make your order as soon as possible. Our customers are our priority, so call me and leave a message 901-652-6499.
